Each reading is rated Critical, Urgent or Abnormal against the patient’s own limits. A normal reading never creates work.
Is the time with each patient recorded?
Yes. Time spent on each patient is recorded as the team works, and the monthly RPM claim is built from it in Billing.
Where do the readings come from?
From your device partner, or from your own software through the API.
Can LifeLines ship the devices?
Yes. LifeLines ships from its own warehouse, or your team packs with the same pages. Every carrier scan shows on the shipment.
Can we turn it on for one practice only?
Yes. Remote Monitoring is turned on per practice. Turn it off and open work closes. Nothing is deleted.
