Intake by link
New patients arrive as drafts.
Share a link. A patient or partner fills it in, no sign-in, and a draft case waits for you.
Nobody re-types a referral
Encounter Intake
Prepared by the team, signed by a provider.
A clinician not licensed in the patient’s state prepares it. A licensed provider verifies, submits and signs.
No claim goes out with an unsigned note
The queue
Caught before it goes.
Each claim waits out the delay you set. Fix a code in time, or put the claim on hold.
Wrong codes are fixed before a payer sees them
