Calling hours

Checked before it dials.

The auto dialer waits for Calling hours in the patient’s time zone. A call you place asks once.

No call at the wrong hour

Texts

A no to texts stays a no.

When a patient refuses texts or is on Do Not Call, the message box closes and says why.

No text to a patient who said no

History

Every contact, kept.

Calls, texts, voicemails and letters land in History by themselves, and on the patient’s Communications tab.

Nothing to log by hand

Questions

Asked before a demo.

When will it call a patient?

Before every outbound call it checks Calling hours, by default 9 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday in the patient’s time zone, and Do Not Call.

What happens to a patient who said no to texts?

Texts to a patient who refused them, or is on Do Not Call, are blocked.

What if nobody picks up a call that comes in?

Calls ring the team, then fall back to voicemail, another number or another inbox. The Live Board shows every live call.

Is consent recorded?

Yes. Voice Consent and Text Consent are recorded for each patient.

Can follow-ups run on their own?

Yes. An automation can send a text, update the case or notify staff on it. Nothing runs until it is published and turned on.
